Kukui'ula is a special place and our current custom residential build embraces all the best of island living. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, this dream home was designed to be a gathering place for the owners and their extended Ohana.
The Weigang Marvick designed residence features 6,800 square feet of covered living with generous entertaining spaces that seamlessly flow from indoor to outdoor. Thoughtful touches like ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, lava rock shower gardens and a pair of laundry rooms make the home effortlessly functional while the pool, cabana bar and fire pit inspire fun.

CUSTOM VIEW HOME
Completed
HALE LAULE'A
With sweeping south shore views, this recently completed home is a stunner! The homeowners searched the island for a place to build their forever home and we are thrilled to help bring their dreams to fruition. Due to the slope of the land, the foundation work was extensive with columns and pool walls exceeding 20 feet high.
To capitalize on the indoor/outdoor lifestyle the island is known for, we created a 3,200 square-foot lanai with pool, jacuzzi and cabana bar extending out on the same level as the home. If you’re looking for a general contractor to manage a complex job, consider this project a testament to our abilities.
1950'S PLANTATION HOME RENOVATION
MODERN COASTAL RE-DESIGN
This home had great character, but had fallen into disrepair over the years. The goal of the renovation was to maintain the original charm while modernizing the layout and finishes. Hawaiian Plantation homes were originally built with single wall construction so the entire home had to be reframed from the inside out to support the new open-concept living and vaulted ceilings. The footprint was expanded to create a generous family room, lanai and fourth bedroom giving the homeowners the space they needed for their ohana.
Fine craftsmanship and attention-to-detail are found throughout this home while still achieving the relaxed coastal vibes the homeowners were striving for. At Brian Andrew Construction, we bring our client's vision to life while taking them further than they dreamed they could go.
